We are responsible for the safety management and administrative management of various facilities, including fire, electricity, water, air quality, waste disposal, and industrial safety. We also handle corporate-owned real estate interior construction and building maintenance, as well as managing building security, electrical systems, telephones, and cleaning services. Additionally, we oversee various welfare facilities such as cafes, gyms, and break rooms.
We manage legal affairs related to corporate-owned real estate.
We manage the welfare provided by the General Affairs team, including meals, uniforms, and holiday gifts.
We handle the management of assets, including real estate, vehicles, insurance, and supplies.
We continuously develop and enhance systems, manage BI/ERP/groupware/storage/backup/video conferencing/crawling, and other systems and servers. We are also responsible for security and manage both software and hardware for business use.
