In the Quality Assurance team, you will perform various quality-related tasks such as QA, QC, and QM, and by accumulating continuous experience, you can grow into a quality expert.
You will manage the quality management system certification, external agency testing for harmful substances, and quality-related regulations. Additionally, you will analyze types of customer complaints to identify areas for improvement, manage ISO certifications, and respond to customer audits.
You will perform quality verification of incoming finished products, conduct inspections for raw and auxiliary materials to prevent defects, and provide support for the quality stabilization of partner companies.
To prevent defects in the production process, you will conduct process quality control inspections.
You will perform quality inspections on shipped products to prevent consumer and customer claims.
